The real estate fund

Our real estate fund offers investors direct participation in rental-oriented vacation homes for both two and four people on private lots. This innovative fund exploits the growing demand for vacation rentals for attractive return opportunities. The carefully selected holiday homes are located in promising Dutch regions, which enhances rentability and value growth. 

How does it work?

    1. Purchasing shares

    You purchase shares in a Hofparken Investments fund. From this moment on you are a participant.

    2. Management by Hofparken

    Hofparken Investments manages the recreational real estate portfolio.

    3. Generating rental income

    The rental income is received in the real estate fund account.

    4. Payout takes place quarterly

    The returns are paid out to the participants quarterly.

The investment properties

The vacation homes the Fund invests in are both two- and four-bedroom vacation villas on private lots. The homes have one or two bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living kitchen and a generous terrace including storage. The homes are energy efficient due to eight solar panels, a heat pump and high-quality insulation. This makes the homes sustainable and self-sufficient, so you can count on significant energy savings. This will positively affect the return on your investment.
